Jakarta, January 18, 2025 – The Indonesian Society of Gastroenterology (ISG) held its third Plenary Meeting in a hybrid format at JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta, and Zoom Meeting. The meeting was attended by 23 board members, coordinators and members of the GEH tariff team, as well as the secretary of the Expert Advisory Council (DPK).
The plenary meeting aimed to evaluate the programs implemented and to plan strategic steps for 2025. Several key agenda items discussed during the meeting included:
- Ongoing and pending ISG programs
- GEH procedural tariffs
- Research and screening for colorectal cancer in Indonesia
- Mapping of gastroenterology and hepatology (GEH) services across Indonesia
- Other matters
The meeting was conducted to review the success of ISG’s implemented programs and to devise strategies for accelerating the execution of pending initiatives. ISG remains committed to improving the quality of gastroenterology and hepatology services in Indonesia and continues to strive for maximum contribution to the national healthcare sector.
